Memberships
Each year a limited number of memberships are approved for both individuals and corporate clients. Our members are entitled to a generous allowance of game birds, clay pigeons and the use of the facilities for various private purposes. There are also discounts for the annual dove hunt, pheasant tower shoots, turkey hunts and other activities. Details and applications are available upon request.
European Tower Shoot – $280 Cleanup $150 per hunter with $500 minimum
Imagine this: A 40 foot tower; A fully adult pheasant is released out of the top of that tower into the air – confused, excited, flying wildly in any unpredictable direction, You and your gun. Interested? Excited? Want to know more?
The concept is both simple and challenging – up to 30 shooters form a circle 100 feet away from a wooden tower 40 feet high. A fully adult pheasant is released out of the top of that tower into the air – confused, excited, flying wildly in any unpredictable direction. You have a keen eye and a steady hand and only a fraction of a second to line up your gun as he passes overhead. With practice, luck and patience you discover that you can actually bag one or two from your position in the circle. You feel confident – release the next bird. You feel good – you know that you have mastered that position. Then the word goes out – “Rotate to the next position.” Few sports are as challenging and as socially satisfying as participating in a pheasant tower shoot – hundreds of birds, 15 positions – complete with good food and good talk afterwards. Poplar Springs Farm now offers pheasant tower shoots once a month for the duration of the bird-hunting season. Call today to make your reservations.
Deer Hunts – $180 per hunter
Deer hunts are offered with a limited number of tree stands and reservation opportunities. Please contact us if interested.
Half Day Guided 35 Bird Hunt – $580 per party Half Day Guided 50 Bird Hunt – $700 per party
